Posting content to forums.bathnes.gov.uk

Posting refers to the submission of content for display on the website by a registered member. Content includes any text, media (including photos, documents, videos etc.), hyperlinks present on the website.

 

To register for posting content on the website, you will be asked to submit personal information about yourself e.g. name and email address etc. Each registration is for a single user only.  Bath & North East Somerset Council does not permit you to share your user name and password with any other person nor with multiple users or networks. Responsibility for the security of any passwords issued rests with you.

Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned at the discretion of Bath & North East Somerset Council. The webmaster, administrator and moderators have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should they see fit.

  • Contributions must be civil and tasteful, which will be determined by Bath & North East Somerset Council.
  • No disruptive, offensive or abusive comments: contributions must be constructive and polite.
  • Please respect others opinions and comments. No unlawful or objectionable content: unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, racially offensive or otherwise objectionable material is acceptable and will be removed immediately.   • You agree to only submit materials which are your own original work.
  • You must not violate, plagiarise, or infringe the rights of third parties including copyright, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy, publicity, personal or proprietary rights.

If you breach these Terms and Conditions:

If you fail to abide by these Terms and Conditions you will be sent an e-mail which informs you why your contribution has not been posted or has been edited or deleted. Bath & North East Somerset Council reserves the right to delete any contribution.

All decisions are final. Bath & North East Somerset Council will not enter into further correspondence if it is felt by the Council that the posting is in breach of the Terms and Conditions.

If any of these Terms and Conditions are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable they shall be deleted, and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
